Louisville Service Delivery Manager

We have a direct permanent hire position as a Service Delivery
Manager for our client in Louisville. The SDM will be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of
the client relationship, achievement of service levels, as well as
execution on key projects with specific focus on client utilization
of exchange services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years exchange services or account management
experience required.
Proven experience in operations and leading the development and
implementation of medium-large systems into production with both
direct and indirect authority.
Solid knowledge of application, data, and physical technical
architectures.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Strong oral and written communications skills (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
