Due to our success, we are seeking a CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER to join
our team.

Responsibilities:

* Works as part of a high performance team to promptly identify,
analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
* Responds to customer requests regarding the Rally product and
Agile methodologies.
* Creates and delivers customer tool and methodology training.
* Delivers Agile best practices coaching.
* Advises customers on tool and methodology implementation.
* Coordinates internal resources to ensure customer success.
* Acts as a liaison between customers and product management to
ensure customer issues are resolved.
* Writes technical documentation.
* Participates in projects to improve support capability and
systems deployment.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

* Possess superior problem solving skills with a proven ability to
exercise sound judgment to solve complex issues, recognize business
critical situations and escalate as needed.
* 2 + years previous customer software support required, ideally
supporting Web applications.
* Interest in acquiring deep product and methodology expertise;
experience with Software Development, Requirements Management and/or
Agile methodologies a huge plus.
* Java and .NET skills desired, understanding of Web Services with
SOAP and/or REST.
* Excellent presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills in
leading meetings, trials and projects.
* Experience with VMware a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid
environment.
* History of outstanding customer service and customer advocacy.
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field a
plus.
