Job Summary
Responsible for providing 24/7/365 tier 3 application and
environment support for production and pre-production environments
working closely with internal GHX technical teams and external
customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides level 3 application and environment support for assigned
GHX products.
• First point of escalation for team members regarding technical and
procedural questions and or issues.
• Contributes to application design and implementation to ensure
architecture meets 99.9% uptime goal.
• Participates in maintenance, operations acceptance testing and /
or release activities.
• Application performance testing and tuning.
• Rotating on-call.
• Trains and mentors junior support staff on production technologies
and support procedures.
• Contribute to support procedure development.
• Manage support team schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Must be able to work from own initiative, learn quickly, and
function effectively with team members in a high pressure
environment.
• Must demonstrate effective listening, verbal and written
communication skills.
• J2EE or .Net application production/customer support experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused attitude
• Experience with task automation
• Experience with environment monitoring tools (ProActiveNet or
SiteScope).
• Production On-call Experience
• Ability to seek alternative sources of information (required)

Job Relationships

Direct reports include lead development managers and staff, product
managers, product marketing manager, and assigned implementation and
support resources.

The role involves direct operational participation on the extended
leadership team and is directly responsible for executing assigned
business operations. Peer collaboration and synergy is an expected
aspect to driving solution line performance.

Job Summary
Responsibilities include leadership and accountability of all phases
of solution line operations and results, including staffing,
training, budgeted production, sales and service delivery goals,
customer service, quality and compliance. Working with key
executive management, the General Manager is responsible for
developing annual sales and operational plans and successfully
executing strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.
A successful track record that demonstrates effective decision-
making, organizational and problem solving skills as a routine part
of daily management activities is required. Strong employee
relations experience is necessary with an ability to provide service
that exceeds the customer's expectations on a daily basis.
Successful experience managing a P& L and establishing and executing
on approved budget plans will be required. Ability to meet goals
and attain desired business results in a team-oriented environment
is vital.
This person will be a driving force behind the inception, planning,
definition, development and delivery of new products and product
releases into our B2B platform. This person should have strong
strategic thinking capabilities, be hands-on, flexible and highly
adaptive to a fast –paced environments. The position requires
exceptional collaborative, teaming and consensuses building
abilities, as well as proficiency in cross-functional and multi-
product development and management.
General Managers are accountable for the profitable operation and
growth of assigned solutions. Experience with the following is
desired:
• Developing multi-product marketing and product management
plans for new client generation and client retention
• Achieve P&L objectives and planned contribution targets
• Manage branch personnel and operational/capital expense
plans while achieving EBITDA performance
• Direct and coordinate activities of one or more departments
such as engineering, operations, or sales, or major division of
business organization,
• Support executive team in formulating and administering
organization policies by performing the following duties personally
or through subordinate managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the successful execution of the Exchange
Services strategic plan.
• Responsible for appropriating the sales revenue and
profitability necessary to meet the objectives.
• Responsible for strategic execution of Exchange Services
programs, communications vehicles and industry, as well as public
relations.
• Responsible for the management and execution of the budget
and profitability plans and processes necessary to achieve goals and
objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring the recruitment, hiring, training
and retention of productive contributing personnel.
• Responsible for forecasting revenue and ensures the
efficient execution of policies and procedures.
• In partnership with executive team, monitors, modifies and
provides feedback regarding the strategic plan.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree, in business, technology, healthcare or
related field required
• Minimum of ten years relative work experience in strategic
business management, planning and financial oversight.
• Successful previous experience in managing a profit and loss
center is highly desired
• Must possess proven skills in designing and managing budgets
and revenue forecasts to goal.
• An effective executive with a proven track record of success
operations leadership with a focus on scalable, repeatable execution.
• Positive track record of quantifiable accomplishments, both
top line and bottom line
• Demonstrated creation of shareholder value through growth,
mix improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Must possess proven skills in managing profit and loss to
goals
