The Corporate, Employee and Development Services - InSight Team is responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of a critical Corporate Oversight application. The application performs behavior detection and surveillance for a variety of issues, including: customer risk and suitability; help and advice practices; employee activities; supervision of investment advisors; fraud prevention; and the identification of possible money laundering. Position Description
The InSight Business Analyst / SQL Developer will develop new behavior detection processes and enhance the existing functionality in the system. The person will be responsible for all phases of the development lifecycle, from gathering requirements through production implementation and support. The position provides the opportunity to apply expert analytical skills to challenging Schwab business initiatives. The optimal candidate will bring an inquisitive, problem-solving and collaborative approach to complex development and support efforts.
Requirements
Critical to success:
* 3-5 years experience as a business analyst in the financial services industry
* Technical proficiency in the development and tuning of complex Oracle SQL statements and PL/SQL procedures.
* Experience with data modeling.
* Knowledge of data mining / pattern detection systems, including the Mantas behavior detection platform, or a strong desire to learn.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Opportunity
The 3D Modeler and Animator is a multifunctional role that requires
a diverse set of skills. We are looking for a talented candidate
that is passionate and committed to ensuring successful solutions
utilizing the Anark Media Platform.
We are looking for an entry to mid-level candidate to work on a
temporary basis, roughly 3 to 6 months
Responsibilities
Design and develop cutting-edge multimedia application, such as Web-
based apps, sales tools, simulations and visualizations, CD/DVD
ROMs, leveraging Anark Studio.
Creation and optimization of low-poly 3D models and textures
Required Skills, Education and Experience
Understanding of real-time 3D graphic and environment creation
Working knowledge of creating low-polygon modeling and textures for
real-time environments utilizing programs such as 3D Studio Max,
Maya, Lightwave or equivalent
Some graphic design skills and motion graphic sensibilities
Quick learner with very strong technical aptitude
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
Strong desire to deliver above expectations
2+ years design degree or equivalent, or currently enrolled evening
design student
2 + years of interactive multimedia, game development experience
and/or broadcast/vfx experience
Authoring experience using Macromedia Flash and or Macromedia
Director and any real-time authoring package a plus
Strong scripting capabilities (JavaScript and/or ActionScript) a
plus

Opportunity
The Senior Software Engineer—.NET Platforms is responsible for the
development of critical client-side and server-side software
frameworks and features. This position works with a team of
motivated developers to plan software releases that adhere to
customer requirements within business-acceptable timeframes.
The ideal candidate will be an expert at developing Windows Forms-
based applications as well as enterprise-scalable Web Services and
ASP.NET-based applications. An understanding of mixed development
incorporating managed and unmanaged code is important.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Development of C#, managed C++, and unmanaged C++ applications using
Visual Studio .NET 2005/2008 under .NET 2.0/3.5.
Experience with thick-client development using standard .NET Web
Forms, custom controls, and 3rd party controls such as
Infragistics.
Experience with server-side development using XML Web Services
(including associated SOA technologies) and ASP.NET, preferably on
Windows Server 2003.
Proficient with UML and associated software tools.
Proven skills in multi-threaded development and optimization.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Architectural skills with experience using best-practices
design/architectural patterns and interface-based programming.
Capable of managing multiple, concurrent deliverables on aggressive
delivery schedules.
Strong technical and communication skills—capable of garnering the
respect of team members and associates within the company.
Desired Skills
Experience with 3D CAD products.
Experience with PDM/ERP products (Windchill, Enovia-CAAV5,
Teamcenter, SAP, etc.) and their associated software and network
architectures.
Required Education and Professional Experience
5+ years of professional software development experience.
BS in Computer Science or similar.

strong C# Winforms development skills to join the Anark Professional
Services team with proficiency in mixed-platform application

Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated UI controls in C# for use in

Good web development skills a plus: HTML, ASP.NET Server Controls,
and XML.
