texturemedia is looking for a skilled Producer to join our client
services team at our Boulder, CO location. This is a full time
position.

The Producer is the client contact for project execution, managing the
day-to-day client deliverables with an emphasis on overseeing
texture's internal project team and facilitating the texture process.
The Producer manages medium sized projects from initiation through
project completion. Producers are primarily responsible for planning,
managing, and controlling the budget, schedule, and scope of a
project. In addition, Producers mentor and advise project team members
on project management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Plans and manages projects during Discovery, Define, Design,
Development, and maintenance for various project types, including
Websites, CD-ROMs, DVDs, print, and e-marketing
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables between client and internal
project team
• Manages medium sized projects.
• Secures appropriately skilled project resources through the traffic
process
• Works alongside Account Managers to manage Client expectations and
communications as it relates to production and the internal project
team.
• Management of scope and change requests
• Scope projects with support of production team leads
• Assesses impacts of the time, scope, and budget relationship to
maintain successful delivery.
• Understand Web-based technologies including databases and content
management systems
• Defines and manages team expectations regarding scope of work and
responsibilities.
• Develops and manages all production schedules, projections and
budgets for assigned jobs.
• Represents the team's consensus in all communications clearly.
• Participates in the development of all legal documentation
pertaining to clients (e.g. Statements of Work, Change Order Requests,
etc.).

Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in web development project management (e.g.
campaign development, media planning, email marketing, website)
• Experience managing, multiple projects and diverse teams
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word,
PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent (Project Workbench, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of internet methodology/software development
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate self-motivation and flexibility within a dynamic
work environment
• Solid understanding of Web-based technologies
• Be a quick and fearless learner
• Be a strategic thinker
• PMI Certification a plus
• Previous interactive agency and/or marketing experience a plus
