The Technical Lead is an integral part of a texturemedia project team,
serving as the bridge between clients, non-technical staff and the
development team. The Technical Lead also sets the technical direction

the beginning of the project and manages delivery through the project's
completion.
A qualified Technical Lead should possess:
» a strong programming background in web application technology
» excellent organizational and management skills
» good written and verbal communication skills
» experience working in a project-based consulting environment
» experience managing successful development projects
» the ability to oversee several projects simultaneously
» the ability to mentor junior programmers
Technical Skills and Background
» Deep experience writing J2EE or .NET web applications
» Experience designing and working with SQL relational databases
» Knowledge of web presentation technologies: HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript
