JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process analysis and design, facilitation of testing and technical
methods for interacting with new OSS system, translating info to
back-office systems. Must be familiar with telecom products, teleocm process
areas such as order entry, provisioning, order management, inventory,
billing. Will work within operations realm, may need to interact with
multiple customers (federal government) and stakeholders, including
operations groups, security, finance, etc. must be able to interpret
requirements and translate to actions for employees, departmental organization,
roles and responsibilities, etc.
