TeleTech is a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO)
company that provides a full range of front- to back-office
outsourced solutions. We currently have a need for an IT
infrastructure manager with experience managing a remote workforce
in an outsourced, Service Level Agreement (SLA) based relationship.
This is a full-time, permanent salaried position at our global
corporate headquarters in Meridian, CO.
Requirements:
• Solid IT Management background (desktop support, systems
administration, networking and telephony)
• Experience working in an outsourced arrangement with proven
background meeting SLAs
• Strong client interaction background
• Exposure to call center technologies is a plus
