Responsibilities:
Experience in Oracle and UNIX
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to coordinate installation and migration plans with different teams.
Able to work in conjunction with the DBA, infrastructure specialists and network specialists
Experience in supporting remote user environment.
Experience of patching a major release and familiar with repository merge process.
Good analytical and trouble shooting skills
Administers all project work related to the Siebel Environment, including but not limited to ad- hoc data loads, queries, and the coordination of configuration releases.
Administers production schedules and activities relating to routine data feeds into the Siebel database (i.e.: 3rd party data, legacy system data, etc.)
Responsible for the detailed design and hands-on implementation of the Siebel Web Interfaces (Dynamic URLs), Email Interface
Assist with Application Administration as necessary, with a focus on Email Response, and Web/Email interface specific Workflows and LOVs.
Create test cases/scenarios within this functional area.
Provide Siebel functional/technical knowledge and *best-practice* in the area of Siebel Integration methodologies.
Ensure compatibility of interface designs with configuration designs.
Assist with System Integration Testing as necessary
Developing UI with Siebel Tools
Data Mapping in Siebel
Siebel Business Objects
Siebel views, applets, pick-lists
Siebel drilldowns and other configuration work
Testing and verification of configuration changes
Applying Siebel patches to current release

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience using EIM, Workflow, Reports, Siebel Components
Experience using Siebel Account Management Module
Siebel 7 certified
Able to work on a Solaris/UNIX environment and ability to troubleshoot and understand server processes, understand log files, etc.
Basic Siebel Administration Knowledge (i.e., Application Administration, Communications Administration, User Administration, Server Administration)
Ability to lead technology oriented design sessions
Ability to create a technical *vision* for the Siebel implementation
In-depth knowledge of Siebel Interface mechanisms including EAI, EIM, XML
Overall knowledge of Web Architectures (Dynamic URLs, Single Sign-on, LDAP, etc.)
Knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Tools, Coding (eScript), and Workflow
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with business owners, end users and other technical teams.
Detail oriented
Will also provide Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues, Implement enhancements and perform daily maintenance tasks
