Job Description:
The Provisioner responsibilities will include:
* Provisioning network elements to support our Enhanced
Services
customers.
* Provisioning and testing LNP
* Provisioning Toll Free services
* Communicating with and managing customer orders
* Provision and troubleshoot customer services
* Manage customer orders
* Assist in project managing specific customer transactions and
communicate across several internal organizations and the customer.
The ideal candidate will need:
* Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and
straightforward manner
* Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
* Knowledge of telephony products and services
* Knowledge of IP network architecture, equipment, and software
* Knowledge of telephony network element provisioning
requirements and software
* Knowledge of SS7 and SIP Signaling
* UNIX
* Ability to use personal computer and software applications
(i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
* Minimum Level of Education: College coursework or equivalent
experience
