JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will participate in the planning,
design, and implementation efforts of a small team engaged in highly
dynamic projects. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure
that solutions meet functional and scalability requirements. You will
also work closely with leads and architects to leverage and improve our
web applications.

This position offers a tremendous opportunity to influence the next
generation of our dictation productivity platform. We practice Agile
methodologies, plan rational schedules, and our cross-functional teams
build strong, collaborative relationships as partners in the delivery of
quality products.

Required Skills and Experience

* Solid Java object-oriented programming experience.

* Expert in designing, developing, and debugging multi-tiered
web applications

* Experience developing software using agile software
methodologies

* Ability to lead team members through collaborative design and
implementation

* Ability to independently learn new technologies

* Experience with Source Code Control Systems (preferably
Subversion)

* Successful track record of delivering quality software on time

Desirable Skills and Experience

* Experience with Java Enterprise Edition API's

* Experience with Java Server Faces and RichFaces

* Experience with Hibernate or other ORM technologies

* Experience with MySQL or Oracle

* Experience developing web services

* Familiarity with usability issues in web-based GUIs

Educational Requirements

* BS in Engineering or Computer Science
* In lieu of a degree, we will consider candidates with comparable
experience and a proven track record of production software development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Implementation Manager for Contact Center solutions is responsible for the overall field operations and related performance for assigned nVoq customers. The Implementation Manager is charged with increasing agent utilization, ensuring all customers SLA's are met and improved upon, and that SayIt accuracy is maintained at the highest levels; also responsible for the management and development of assigned customers and that all customer staff under their guidance receives coaching and mentoring. The Implementation Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of key performance indicators and updating and alerting executive management to significant trends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure adherence to all key performance indicators. (Primarily SayIt usage as it relates to AHT and/or ACW).
* Participate in meetings providing site management with review of performance, guidance for future performance, and mitigation steps that will be taken to ensure achievement of key performance indicator goals and continuous improvement.
* Develop action plans with supervisors and site managers to achieve key performance indicators goals and provide status reports to the site director, account management, and others as needed on the progress of the action plans.
* Issue corrective action as needed to supervisors that are out of compliance with established goals.
* Adhere to approved travel and discretionary budgets.
* Hold regular roundtables with customer supervisors and management to discuss coaching and development suggestions.
* Provide occasional development modules for assigned customer supervisors and agents.
* Perform regular reviews of SayIt accuracy, usage, adoption, and SayIt performance.
* Ensure that all technology issues are communicated to the site director, account management, and other staff as needed.
* Communicate all product issues to nVoq support. Tracking and follow-up of the resolution of these issues.
* Identify and document additional SayIt and SayIt Administrator features to nVoq Product Management.
* Recognize and reward positive behaviors for SayIt users, through coordination with the customer and account management.
* Ability to travel up to 50 percent.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's Degree preferred (or a combination of post secondary education and at least six years of call center management).

· Five years of Call Center experience is a minimum, with four of those years in management experience.
