Duties shall include, but not be limited to:
• Document customer problems and communicate service
information to users and record action using work order system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop/laptop system, printer and
operating problems.
• Consult and instruct users on hardware and software
questions/issues.
• Collaborate and consult with IT teams on network issues.
• Install, maintain and upgrade desktop and laptop environments.
• Runs diagnostic tests to isolate network problems and make
recommendations for potential solutions.
• Responds to error messages, equipment failures and other
concerns from users.
• Ensures systems remain operational during working support
hours.
• Working knowledge of Outlook exchange email services.

The above duties shall be performed in the following environment:
Standard Software Suite – MS Office 2000, 2003
Hardware – Gateway, Dell, Macintosh, Blackberry
Utility Software – TrendMicro, SMS
Windows Server and Active Directory environments
