POSITION SUMMARY: Confers with end-users to ascertain the type of data to
be processed and the desired outcomes. Provides analysis, design,
programming, testing, implementation, system review, follow-up and closure
to projects as well as on-going support. Develops and utilizes data
quality techniques to assure data quality and consistency. Develops,
maintains and administers databases; and provides application support and
end-user training and support. Maintains and supports a culture of
compliance, ethics and integrity. Maintains knowledge of policies and
procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of
Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and
accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration,
information technology, health care or other related area.
Four years of progressive experience with data normalization and SQL.
Five years of progressive experience with complex Microsoft Access
reports/subreports focusing on database maintenance, query and
forms/report design.
Two years VBA programming experience required.
Experience with application development helpful.
Experience with other databases such as SQL, DB2 or Oracle and split
databases required.
Reporting tools such as SAS or Business Objects required.
Knowledge of relational database structures, data modeling, forms and
reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including understanding of Access and
Excel object models.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new software, good communication
skills, ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple projects, be able
to work independently and have good customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, develops and implements new and improved processes and tools to
support business user requirements.
Develops and coordinates the creation of information databases to promote
the sharing of information with users inside as well as outside the
department.
Develops systematic approach to ensure data validity and cleansing
activities occur in a reliable manner and the quality control procedures
are in place to ensure the accuracy of reports.
Develops and maintains system and end user documentation, including user
guides, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams and application flow
diagrams.
Analyzes user requirements; documents programs, systems and procedures.
Analyzes business requirements and recommends technical solution to
customer requests.
Troubleshoots for and supports Excel and Access business users and
recommends solutions.
Serves as a link between the business user and KPIT
Provides end-user support and training.
Performs other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: 2500 South Havana Aurora, CO 80014
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $56,000 - $72,000 DOE plus excellent benefits
package
