An individual in this role should have a solid grasp of the compliance obligations and risk landscape surrounding technology environments. This role will coordinate all IT risk, compliance, controls, and policy management activities. This role should be looked to as a resource for other employees to consult regarding technology risks or compliance obligations.

•Provide direction and coordination across the business and IT to ensure that all IT Compliance obligations are met
•Design and implement risk mitigation and control gap remediation plans in partnership with business and IT personnel.
•Work with internal and external auditors to ensure proper support of all compliance and regulatory work.
•Maintain a current understanding of the regulatory landscape and emerging technologies and how they may impact Vail Resorts.
•Understand technology risks facing the organization and ensure awareness of appropriate personnel.
•Facilitate IT Compliance Monitoring Control Activities, such as those required by SOX and PCI.
•Create, Maintain, & Communicate IT Policies & Procedures.
•Facilitate Security & Compliance Awareness & Training Activities.
•Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings; interact with process owners and various levels of management.
•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: •Bachelors Degree.
• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Auditor, IT Risk Analyst, or similar role.
•Cross Functional Team Management Experience preferred
•Normal Proficiency on Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
•Firm grasp of the following concepts: technology risk management, control design/implementation, business process reengineering, etc.
•CISA, CISSP, etc. are desired but not required.
