Responsibilities:
QA team member responsible for assisting in the planning, creation and execution of testing activities, including both manual and automated testing.

Assists in development and implementation of related test plans/cases.

Manages and tracks defects.

Works with the customer and development resources to reproduce production problems and assists in identifying gaps in the regression test suite (both manual and automated).


Qualifications:

Required Skills & Abilities
Good understanding of testing components and deliverables within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Good communication, organization and documentation skills.

Ability to set and meet deadlines.

Good software troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Other Good Stuff
Knowledge of agile software development practices (experience working in an agile environment is a plus).

Understanding of test automation architecture and implementation is desirable.

Required Credentials
Experience (minimum 1-3 years) in software test engineer role.

Experience (minimum 1-3 years) in designing and executing test cases.
