Software Sales Position in Denver, CO

ABOUT INVERSOFT:
We are a leading provider of community management software and services. Clean Speak is our main software product that provides customers with these tools to manage their online communities:

We are currently located in Broomfield, but will be moving to Denver early next year. We are a quickly growing start-up with a solid list of customers and massive growth potential. A few of our current customers include:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of building new business and selling new products and services to existing customers. This role will initially take over all sales responsibilities and help define the sales process and procedures. As the revenue increases, they will be responsible for building and managing our sales team to further increase customer acquisition and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through personal network and customer identification
• Demonstrate the value of our products and services through online demos, in-person meetings, presentations and any other means applicable
• Write proposals to new and existing customers
• Successfully negotiate and close contracts to meet quarterly sales quotas
• Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to retain their business and sell new products and services as needed
• Develop and document sales process and procedures
• Hire and train additional sales professionals as needed
• Manage the sales organization as it grows
• Comfortable swearing in front of customers (seriously)



Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5+ years experience selling software or software related products and services
• Excellent writing and communication skills including giving presentations to decision makers
• Good financial and business knowledge
• Knowledge of mid-to-large size company structures, spending methods, budgetary processes, etc.
• Willingness to travel to trade-shows and customer offices
• Experience hiring, training and managing sales professionals


COMPENSATION

Base salary plus commissions. Base salary depends on experience. Other benefits include health care, company ownership (through stock/option plan), and paid time off.
