Summary

Individual will work in our customer portals. This includes developing in applications that handle orders, tickets, customer information, etc. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Muve Music's Business Reporting Analyst will perform data analysis against our Muve Music data warehouse and create weekly and monthly dashboards for Muve's executive team. This person will become our Service Analytics expert, providing key performance metrics so that the Muve management team can configure the service to maximize subscriber value.
Proactively communicate, document and collaborate with internal and external users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Document key service analytics performance indicators, their related definitions and business rules.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, EPMO, Product Marketing and external partners on a regular basis to review metrics, identify opportunities, improve data accuracy and troubleshoot.
Work as a liaison for BI initiatives between Muve Music users and IT team members.
Develop & distribute reports and dashboards to support the data analysis needs of business users within the company, including both ad-hoc and pre-defined solutions.
Analyze subscriber behaviors, identify patterns, understand what is and is not working within the music service. Make recommendations to the product development and marketing teams.
Document & organize weekly and monthly reporting solutions so that metrics' accuracy across time is ensured.
Document & analyze issues, discover root cause and provide alternative resolutions.
Assist in training and provide guidance to Muve Music users on BI toolsets.
Assist users with self-service analysis projects.

Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree
5 years of proven business analysis experience. Highly analytical with ability to create dashboards and reports (based on multiple data sources) that will generate insights in order to help run the business
Strong data analysis skills. Experience with at least one of the major and/or open source RDMS systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc)
2+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions including standard dashboards
2+ years of Business Intelligence development experience, utilizing tools similar to (but not necessarily) QlikView, Business Objects or Microsoft's BI Suite
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to interface with business and IT organizations

McKesson - Oracle Database Administrator

SystemCare is part of McKesson Managed Services which provides 24x7 technical support for Oracle databases, and Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems. Our customers are hospital IT departments for whom we either offer remote support of their in house systems, or we support as part of our Remote Hosting offering.


For this position we are looking for a strong Oracle DBA, who has provided technical support for multiple customers and has managed a large number of Oracle servers at any one time.


This is a remote positon that will be supporting the West Coast and therefore will need to work Wests Coast hours.

Position Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating and administering Oracle databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, long range requirements, operational guidelines and protection. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management.



This individual will provide technical support and remote administration of Oracle 11g/10g/9i/8i databases, including RMAN backup and restore, creating test instances using DBCOPY, and configuring and resizing production data files in critical hospital production environments. Must periodically participate in 24/7 on-call rotation schedule. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work remotely with hospital IT staff and partner with UNIX/Linux remote systems administrators in resolving customer issues.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

* Experience supporting RAC environments and expanded ASM disk groups in live critical production environments.

* UNIX/Linux command line experience

* Experience producing and assessing AWR and ADDM performance monitoring reports.

* Detailed knowledge of database definition, structure, documentation, long range requirements, operational guidelines and protection;

* Knowledge of BMC Patrol monitoring software a plus.

* Experience in large-scale critical production environments a plus

Minimum Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for design, development and delivery of RTP|ONE product development initiatives working closely with product management and across the rest of the development organization (DB Development, QA, Tech Doc, BA/PM).
