MRM Engineer
What You Offer
We are looking for mid-level engineers to work on enhancing our deployed products and help in building new ones.
Duties include:
* Translating requirements from project management and clients into functional code.
* Supporting and enhancing the existing code base.
* Developing and improving solutions to problems both old and new.
* Write code, perform unit tests and bug fixes, and deliver high quality, world class products and technologies
* Work with QA to ensure highest quality for software deliverables
Skills required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
* Strong C# a must.
* Some experience with deployed software.
* Excellent problem solver, creative thinker, able to work independently, and extremely self-motivated.
* The ability to work under tight deadlines and with attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively with members of other teams.
* The ability to refine requirements and solve problems.
* The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Any or all of the following are a huge plus, but not required:
C++, experience with deployment and build tools, experience with Outlook development, Exchange 2007 services, system services, and threaded programming, SQL, XML technologies, scripting languages such as Javascript, Perl, PHP, Ruby, and Linux/Unix Shell scripting. Financial knowledge also a plus.

Project Manager
We are seeking a team player who is client focused and passionate about delivering the best products and services to the market.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in a project management or business analyst role or the equivalent with demonstrated ability to develop, manage and implement multiple projects for external clients including:
- Negotiating project scope, timing and pricing with clients and 3rd party partners
- Defining and documenting business & functional requirements
- Maintaining and effectively communicating overall project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritizing tasks and effectively managing day-to-day issues
- Coordinating project and workflow management with engineering, design, development and QA teams
- Assisting with data integrity testing using internal diagnostic tools
* Experience in the Financial, Software, and/or Internet Sectors preferred
* Strong analytical, tactical, organizational, and administrative skills
* Sound judgment and personal integrity
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Understanding of relational database concepts and web programming languages preferred
* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies a plus
* Ability to learn and understand internal processes during all phases of major data integration and web technology projects
