We are looking for a deployment consultant to work on all phases of implementation projects.

Responsibilities
The role will involve a wide variety of activities, but the main responsibilities will be:
· Project management
· Project scoping/requirements gathering
· Process mapping and solution design
· Change management
· Conducting user training
· Customer relationship management
Background/Experience
The person we are looking for will have experience in:
· Deploying software solutions
· Familiarity with an asset management or maintenance systems such as SAP PM, Ellipse, Maximo, Oracle ERP, etc
· Experience in the mining or earthmoving industries
· IT, Engineering or maintenance degree (preferable)
· 5 to 10 years of experience in the mining industry

The person we are looking for will require:
· Strong project management skills
· Excellent communication skills including report writing, oral communication and presentation skills
· Problem solving – ability to think logically through an issue
· Initiative – ability to work independently and part of a team
· People skills – ability to interact with all levels in an organisation
· Good computer skills (ie Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Note,we are not looking for a programmer)
Location - Denver based with up to 70% domestic and international travel.
