Job Description:

Advanced experience in database design and implementation using
Filemaker 9.

Translate client needs into a normalized database and develop a user
friendly interface using Filemaker or other front end interface.

Working knowledge of PHP with FileMaker.

Agile development methodology.

FileMaker Server Advanced 8 & 9 setup and support.

FileMaker Advanced 9: user support, training, troubleshooting and
diagnostics, security, external SQL data sources, and advanced
scripting.

Windows 2003 server admin experience.

Experience working on both Mac OS X and Windows platforms.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience developing and deploying multi-user solutions.
Servoy experience.

We are seeking a Desktop Technician. This includes desktop and
laptop, hardware and software; network troubleshooting, in
collaboration with the network infrastructure groups; server updates
and backup environments.


Duties shall include, but not be limited to:

Expert knowledge and ability to provide advanced infrastructure
maintenance, monitoring, operating, and coordination of the operation
of IT equipment.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop system, printer and operating
problems.

Consulting and instructing users on hardware and software
questions/issues.

Collaborate with System and Network Infrastructure teams
Installs, maintains and upgrades equipment and its associated
infrastructure.

Runs diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and make
recommendations for potential solutions.

Responds to error messages, equipment failures and other concerns
from laboratory staff.

Ensures systems remain operational during stated support hours.
Troubleshoots equipment failures.
