Requirements
As a Software Engineer, you will work independently or on a small team develop and maintain business application software. Experience in PHP, Javascript, CSS, databases (MySql, Oracle, SQL Server), systems (Unix), and development methodologies (Agile/XP development) are essential for this position.
Server configuration/maintenance of two Solaris servers (both set up as AMP servers Apache/MySql/PHP). Once settled into their final configuration little maintenance of these servers will be required and more time will be available for developing open source internal web applications that solve various business needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with decent Unix skills and intermediate PHP/JavaScript/AJAX/Web Services/SQL skills to work on projects and further develop their skills. Willing to overlook some preferred skills for the right candidate.
