Position
This position is responsible for development and maintenance supporting Development and Production Oracle Databases. Position will be involved in setting internal standards and development methodologies.
Responsibilities
o Design and develop software applications employing best practices within team environment.
o Develop functional specifications of software projects based on internal client specifications.
o Work closely with production staff and managers to ensure software development efforts consistently meet business requirements and schedules.
Qualifications
· BA or BS in CIS, Business, or Marketing
· Strong knowledge of object oriented design methodologies
· Minimum 4 years PL/SQL experience
· Minimum 4 years Oracle experience
· Excellent project management, facilitation and organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working collaboratively on cross-functional teams, and with all levels of management to accomplish objectives from start to finish
· Demonstrated experience working on large projects
· High energy, motivated self-starter with ability to take direction and manage tasks with minimal supervision within an energized, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
· Innovative and creative, able to champion new ideas and initiatives with attention to detail
· Experience providing solutions in the Direct Marketing arena will be a plus
Desired Experience:
