We are currently recruiting for a QA Engineer to join our team
located in our Westminster, Colorado branch office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take direction from IT Management on testing and development
tasks to be completed.
• Translate business requirements into test cases/plans.
• Responsible for some software development tasks.
• Responsible for establishing the software validation programs
and performing software quality assurance.
• Consult with software developers and business staff to
evaluate software quality and operational and performance
requirements of overall system.
• Develop and direct software system testing procedures,
programming and documentation.
• Evaluate, test, and review new or modified software programs
to determine if program will perform according to user request.
• Recommend program improvements or corrections to programmers.
Test programs for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and
conformance to established standards.
• Detect program error codes or interruption of program and
corrects errors. Conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided
programs.
• Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent
reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of
operation.
• Write documentation to describe program evaluation, testing,
and correction.
• Manage, build, and release automation.
• Evaluate and implement testing automation tools.
Job Requirements:
• Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information
Technology, or Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of software testing/QA experience.
• Minimum 2 years C#/ASP.NET/.NET professional experience in
testing.
• Understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with .NET 2.0 and 3.0 framework's capabilities and
features is a plus.
• Web UI development experience including layout/design of web
pages.
• 2 years of SQL Server 2000 and T-SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Related
degree may be considered.
• Three or more years experience in application QA/testing, or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidate must be a fast learner and enjoy continued skill
set advancement.
• Requires good judgment and communication skills, and the
ability to work effectively with management and staff.
• Experience as a Software Developer a plus
• Technical writing capabilities and experience
• Ability to develop automation testing framework a plus

We are currently recruiting for a Database Developer to join our team
located in our Westminster, Colorado branch office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Data modeling; modify existing database schemas.
• Write queries and stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Analyze business processes and derive/develop and document
system/database requirements.
• Actively participate in System Testing to validate
requirements, particularly the data-related requirements.
• Develop and prepare stored procedures, reports, and user
defined functions.
• Conduct data integration, including imports and exports
• Provide time estimates for completion of project tasks.
• Ensure that service requests are completed in a timely
manner.
• Provide status reports to Management.
• Raise issues as needed and follow through on resolutions.
Job Requirements:
• Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information
Technology, or Engineering degree.
• Two years relevant experience with SQL Server 2005
• Writing stored procedures, queries, views, and triggers.
• Good data modeling experience and aptitude.
• Knowledge of database related security issues and best
practices.
• Basic Knowledge of the .NET framework.
• Relevant Experience with SSRS a plus.
• Experience with DTS and/or SSIS a plus.
• Experience with .NET 2.0 framework capabilities and features
a plus.
• Experience working with XML, XSD, and Web Services is a plus.
• Strong motivation and passion for learning and improving SQL
skills and knowledge.
• Candidate must be a fast learner and enjoy continued skill
set advancement.
• Strong communication skills to present abstract and complex
problems and solutions in terms that are understandable by the users.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Strong T-SQL skills; adept at investigating, troubleshooting,
and resolving data related issues.
