VisionTek is currently seeking a National Sales person. VisionTek is a
leading provider of mobile public safety software applications.
VisionTek provides software solutions to government agencies for mobile data,
message switching, field reporting and database integration.

Responsibilities

* 5+ years of software or related technical sales experience.
Experience selling to or working with government agencies, preferably Law
Enforcement agencies.
* Develop and drive account strategy and relationships within each
account.
* Develop pipeline, respond to sales leads and RFP's, generate and
close new sales opportunities.
* Maintain customer information in sales leads database.
* Participate in trade shows and other events.

Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Must have proven sales track record closing contracts over $250,000
with sales cycles from 3 - 9 months.
* Experience selling technological solutions to government and
information technology executives preferred.
* Experience in selling wireless/mobile solutions a plus.
* Must be energetic, creative and results-oriented.
* Strong oral and written communication skills required.
* Travel is required.
