POSITION: Technician - Call center
DURATION: 4 MONTHS LIKELY TO EXTEND
ORAGANIZATION: A LARGE TELECOM ORGANIZATION
LOCATION: BROOMFIELD, CO
RATE: 20-22/HR ON 1099

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Call Center Technician II) Technician's responsibilities include, but
are not limited to: Working in a call center environment, handling
tickets, and customer escalations. Covering a 24x7 shift. Taking calls and
working with customers to ensure that the company's quality standard is
met on all services. Working in multiple Level 3 databases and systems.
Technician must be proficient in telecommunications transmission or
Layer 1 testing and troubleshooting and must also be highly technically
proficient. Knowledge of the following technologies, standards and
equipment is highly recommended and preferred: SONET, SDH, Wide Area
Networking (WAN), Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Nortel DX and
Optera, Alcatel DCS and ADM, Fujitsu ADM, Ciena CoreDirector and K2, Centest
or other remote testing equipment, Digital Lightwave Test Sets, UNIX,
Cisco Routers, ATM, Windows, SSH, TLS, Nortel Preside and OPC.

Technician must be proficient in telecommunications transmission or
