MANAGEMENT & REPORTING STRUCTURE


This position reports to and works closely with the Director,
Information Management.



POSITION PURPOSE

Provide overall technical leadership to the Collaborative Commerce
team.
This includes developing and maintaining the Collaborative Commerce
architectural roadmap and leading/executing the technical aspects of
corresponding initiatives supporting collaborative processes, both
internal to TSA and business to business (B2B).



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Technical Lead of the Collaborative Commerce/B2B team.

* Develop and lead the technical execution of the Collaborative
Commerce architectural roadmap which includes B2B, Portal, Product Item
Master (PIM) and workflow applications.

* Currently X12 EDI-centric, provide on-going education to IS
and the business regarding current and emerging B2B technologies and
solutions.

* Lead other new initiatives including implementation of a B2B
gateway and piloting and adoption of EDIINT (AS2/AS3).

* Working with various groups within Software Engineering, lead
various strategic initiatives. These include the development and
implementation of a Trading Partner Portal (hosting a product catalog,
vendor managed inventory, etc.), data quality management and vendor
compliance management systems, and global data synchronization with
these trading partners.

* Administer the technical and mechanical functions of B2B/EDI
troubleshooting and education with our merchandise vendor partners.

* Plan technical execution of major projects in support of
collaborative commerce initiatives.

* Work with the Business Intelligence Group's Application
Architect to design, build and configure information/analytics delivery
mechanisms to both the TSA business and external trading partners.

* Develop technical documentation as required to support
Collaborative Commerce applications.

* Provide technical support to the Collaborative Commerce team.





PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 5+ years systems/applications experience, with
increasing responsibility.

* BS Degree MIS, Information Technology, or business related
degree with equivalent experience.

* Desired Technology Experience: EDI/mapping (Trusted Link
preferred), other B2B, Object-oriented development - J2EE and/or .NET;
Database (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server), XML, Web Services, JDA
experience a plus.

* Desired Application Areas: EDI/B2B; Portal
development/configuration; Workflow applications; Enterprise
Application
Integration (EAI) including messaging, transformation and adaptors.

* Familiarity with standards including GS1 (UCCNet), VICS.

* Practical knowledge of incremental and iterative development.

* Strong analytical skills, solutions oriented.

* Experience in retail or consumer products eCommerce disciplines
as a developer, analyst or consulting professional.

* Very strong multi-tasking skills, documentation and process
mapping skills.

* Excellent written and oral communications.

* Strong customer focus with a passion for quality - able to drive

POSITION PURPOSE

The Manager of Database Administration will manage and maintain all
production relational databases. Responsible for the day to day
administration and database operations, security administration, object
administration, space management and database installation. The Manager
of Database Administration will use their knowledge of the business and
associated process and will work with the Infrastructure Engineering
and
Design group to help in the determination of upgrades and the
integration of future technologies



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Determines and manages infrastructure standards regarding
database products and tools

* Responsible for ensuring adequate system capacity through
capacity planning and trend analysis.

* Responsible for managing the design, procurement,
installation, and administration of databases

* Responsible for determining and analyzing future system
requirements

* Manages and implements effective programs and strategies to
ensure availability of all databases, production, test and development

* Continuity planning and delivery for Disaster Recovery

* Manages relationships with key technology vendors.

* Develops budgets and operates areas of responsibility within
budget.

* Prepares and administers the Database Administration for
operations, maintenance, and capital improvement programs/projects

* Management of subordinate tasks and duties

* Manage feasibility studies of new products

* Manage software upgrades, schedules and performs upgrades to
databases.

* Manages access privileges to databases and manages database
elements including the creation, alteration, deletion and copying of
schemas, databases, tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, triggers
and declarative integrity constraints.

* Coordination with operational resources that are in charge of
backup utilities and hardware to plan and test backup and recovery
procedures. Performs database recovery tasks if necessary.

* Works with the development and business groups and the
Security Administrator to determine appropriate access for groups and
individuals and appropriate privileges within the accessible databases.


* Manage and maintain a comprehensive database software
configuration database/ library of all supporting documentation and
initiates corrective action to ensure all database servers meet or
exceed processing requirements for performance and reliability.

* Conducts software audits of database products for compliance
with established standards, policies, configuration guidelines, and
procedures. Knowledge of relational database management system model
and
administration tools.

* Develop long-term Database strategies for the enterprise
environment to stay current with technology and provide the required
functionality to the organization

* Document, coordinate and schedule all appropriate work in the
development of assigned projects/tasks

* Sets and communicates clear department goals and objectives
with entire subordinate team holding each Associate accountable to
individual expectations

* Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and
delegates assignments to Associates

* Provides guidance and manages the day-to-day development of
each Associate including effective on-boarding and on the job training

* Participates and completes the performance management and the
individual development planning process annually including a mid year
review

* Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to associates
throughout the performance management cycle

* Communicates and documents opportunities for development with
specific examples and action items

* Establishes and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work
plans and performance requirements

* Identifies department's skill gaps and staffing needs

* Responsible for the hiring and firing of associates

* Partner with HR Manager to develop job descriptions for new
positions

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS




* Seven (7) years progressively responsible experience in
network administration and management

* Five or more years Database administration management in a
large production environment

* Advanced skills with database administration tasks, i.e.,
database security, data access techniques, SQL, and database tuning and
auditing.

* Five or more years working experience with Oracle, Microsoft
SQL, DB2

* Knowledge of Oracle clustering, UNIX HACMP.

* Advanced knowledge of UNIX, Microsoft Windows Server
operating
systems

* Ability to solve a wide range of highly complex,
multi-disciplinary problems

* Ability to compose major reports, policy and procedure
manuals, proposals and presentations

* Ability to deliver informational speeches, reports and

MANAGEMENT & REPORTING STRUCTURE:

The Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the Group
Manager of Quality Assurance.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Organize, manage and execute quality assurance activities, tasks and
processes for new systems, and system modifications (both software
&
hardware) by developing and executing quality assurance plans, test
plans, test scripts, test cases, defect tracking, scheduling and
organizing appropriate level of testing with users and technical
support
staff to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer. Ability
to lead QA efforts and other QA Analysts on multiple complex projects
concurrently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Lead other QA Analysts on larger, more complex projects to ensure
quality delivery of solutions.

*Responsible for executing the QA methodology, standards, processes and
deliverables within established system development life cycles for
assigned projects, maintenance and enhancement tasks.

*Manage day-to-day priorities and deliverables based on defined
schedules and priorities in order to meet expectations and deliver
quality solutions.

*Participate in the project planning efforts in order to develop
appropriate test plan to support the overall project approach, scope
and
solution as well as determine QA tasks, timing and deliverables for the
overall project plan.

*Develop and implement test plans, test scripts, test cases, testing
tools in order to document and analyze test results and monitor and
communicate results.

*Create enumerated test scripts to satisfy requirements traceability
and
track defects by identifying, documenting and dating the defects found.


*Identify quality issues for assigned tasks and determine resolutions
through analyzing results and determining corrective actions and
communicate results to IS team members and users in a timely manner.

*Conduct Peer Reviews with QA Analysts, Developers and Users for
completeness of Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

*Develop documentation and training materials for system changes or
upgrades.

*Continuously identify and communicate quality process improvements to
QA Manager and Team Members to foster and drive continuous process
improvement throughout the department. Develop and implement process
improvements as requested.

*Support the QA Manager in the on-boarding, training and development of
QA Analysts.

*Participate as needed across critical IS processes. This includes
Change Control, Post Incident Review, Problem Management and Project
Estimations and Reviews. *Participate in annual department planning
efforts to identify department objectives and initiatives in alignment
with the overall IS strategy and objectives.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

*Associates degree in technical discipline or equivalent relevant
experience.

*4 plus years experience in a quality assurance function .

*Proven skill set / knowledge with multiple platforms and software
applications *Strong AS/400 experience.

*Working experience with QTP, Mercury and Quality Center.

*Retail experience a plus.

*Ability to analyze problems in situations where the symptoms are not
of
a standard or familiar nature, therefore requiring independent thought
and logical trouble shooting methods.

*Demonstrated ability to balance multiple demands and prioritize
accordingly.

*Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

*Ability to write standard documentation using established formats.

*Excellent communication skills to work with all levels of staff and
management.
