We are looking for someone with the following skills





About the Director, Human Resources position:
The Director of Human Resources is a key member of company's leadership
team and plays a critical role in supporting the overall success of the
business.



This position provides strategic and tactical leadership for all areas
of HR including, but not limited to, organization effectiveness and
design, hiring, leadership development, performance management,
compensation, benefits, employee retention and development, and
employee
relations. The Director must work closely with management to
understand
business challenges and recommend effective solutions





Responsibilities Include:

* Key member of and advisor to the Executive Team, design human
resources strategies to further the success of the company, adjusts
strategies and plans to meet changing organizational needs and
direction

* Works with Executive Team to articulate key human resource
philosophies in such areas as compensation, long term incentives, bonus
plans, benefits, performance management, and hiring. Provide
guidance/consultation to leadership in all matters relating to the HR
function
* Develop strategy and lead execution of plans for recruiting and
retention of a technically skilled workforce in keeping with fast-paced
company growth goals
* Oversee organizational development, employee relations and
communications, change management, reward and recognition programs
* Oversee the management of all benefit programs
* Manage compensation including creating and updating sales,
management and other incentive compensation plans
* Own and develop company policies and procedures in support of
business needs and legal compliance
* Maintain and establish full awareness and understanding of
regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and
applicable HR laws to meet compliance requirements
* Plan and recommend budgets, manage expenditures, and analyze HR
costs
* Direct the design, development and implementation of training
plans to support the business needs and objectives of the organization.
* Work with functional/department managers to further their
understanding all necessary aspects of HR, and develop manager
capability in support of business success and employee development
* Lead HR Manager and extended team of external HR services
partners
* Reports to the COO. Works in collaboration with HR counterpart
at parent company





Qualifications/Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience with at least 5
years in a senior HR leadership capacity of the entire HR function.
* Possess a demonstrable track record of success in the
improvement of HR business issues through the development and
implementation of a broad range of HR programs, including hiring,
performance management, and compensation and incentive plans.
* Strong strategic and conceptual ability coupled with "hands-on"
management style; ability to function as a strategic advisor and
analytical resource who can translate strategy and theory into
actionable results. Strong understanding of process management and the
ability to organize people and activities, drive for results and
identify synergies.
