Responsibilities include:

- Analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and support of

- Responsible for gathering business requirements, design, implementing
and documenting technical solutions/application programs according to
approved standards and procedures.
- Develop technical documentation for training, software/hardware use,
user procedures, and project deliverables


Qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years* hands-on applications development experience,
including experience in data analysis, and programming technologies.
- Knowledge of software development standards and procedures
- Ability to evaluate and interpret business requirements. Ability to
translate business requirements into logical and detailed design, and
to
develop appropriate systems and application solutions

Additional Qualifications for the .Net Developer include:

Technical skills must include
- 2-3 years experience using all major core classes of the .NET
framework.
- 2-3 years experience implementing Windows Services
- 2-3+ years with creating ASP.NET Internet and Intranet web sites /
applications.
- 2-3 years experience with SQL 2000 or 2005 creating tables,
entering/managing data, running queries
- 2-3 years experience with Visual Basic and/or other scripting tools

Job Description:

Contract: Business Analyst

Assignment Length - Approximately 6 months

Job Summary:
Key role in delivery of strategic initiatives as a part of Pulte
Mortgage's Office of Strategy Management. Assist in scoping, process
and solution development, stakeholder management, requirement
gathering,
implementation and change planning, and overall delivery of projects.
Responsible for interacting with all levels and departments in
organization during all phases of project lifecycle. Reports to Senior
Project Manager and will fill some project management functions for
assigned projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Complete Business Analysis Deliverables as part of projects
including:
process design, business requirements, solution alternative selection,
business change management and communication plan, training material
reviews, implementation support and benefits realization.

* Assist Project Manager or in some cases lead the scoping of
initiatives by meeting with sponsor and stakeholder to identify project
objectives, issues, and risks. Ensure scope is clear, encompasses all
stakeholders, addresses Pulte Mortgage's strategy and vision, and is
sized appropriately for delivery.

* Act as consultant to assigned customers in defining or designing
business processes and researching and identifying solutions which will
help them meet their goals.

* Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops
integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into
strategic projects

* Provide risk management and issue resolution.

* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

* Responsible for communication, status, and use of Project Management
tools to create project documents and reports.

* Support project by using Microsoft products to produce: spreadsheets,
presentations, databases, documents, etc..
Background and Experience Required

* Five (5) years experience as a Business Analyst or in a business
operations role with some project management.

* Mortgage / real estate industry experience very beneficial.

* Proficient in the use of a full project life cycle methodology;
exposure to project management methodology including scope, issue,
risk,
and schedule management.

* Ability to come up to speed quickly. Consulting background a plus.

* Strong communication skills and ability to present effectively to
project sponsor and stakeholders.

* Knowledge and understanding of business research principles,
processes, and techniques.

* Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

* Experience in leading and facilitating meetings.

* Experience or understanding of managing enterprise change

* Ability to work across departmental boundaries.

* Previous experience in delivering results within a budget and on
time.


* Experience with TQM, Six Sigma Methods and Tools a plus

* Some familiarity with technology and business use of technology is a
necessity in order to provide direction for business processes and
product enhancements.

opportunity in our Denver, CO headquarters for a NOC engineer. Our
record breaking success has created a new opportunity in our
infrastructure organization. This individual will work with a wide
variety of network and operations related issues in a Windows
2000/2003/Cisco environment.

Description of Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

1) Monitoring and managing all network elements within the production
environment to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for uptime and
availability of systems.

2) Fix or dispatch alert notifications from the monitoring systems to
the appropriate personnel.

3) Create, manage and maintain the processes, procedures and
documentation necessary to ensure that outages are minimized.

4) Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to track the progress of
the
network elements within the production environment.

5) Assist with the installation and configuration of all necessary
tools
to monitor and manage the production environment. Maintain the health
of
the monitoring systems.

6) Maintain and manage our data backup processes and systems.

Required Skills/Specific Job Duties

This person will be a member of the PMAG-Proactive Management Group
within the infrastructure support team with a technical background able
to function with little to no supervision or direction. He/she will
have
the following responsibilities

1) Responsible for monitoring and managing all events/alerts triggered
from our monitoring systems related to our production environment.
(70%)
2) Create and manage capacity performance reports for all network
elements in the production environment. (20%)
3) Help create process and procedures to ensure data and infrastructure
integrity (10%)

Also, this individual will have the following technical skill sets

1) Windows server 2xxx including clustered experience
2) Windows Active Directory (AD) experience
3) Experience working in mid to large-scale network operations centers
(NOCs)
4) Experience working with Microsoft MOM, NetIQ, NetCool, Orion NMS,
APC, InfrastruXure NMS systems
5) Microsoft scripting experience a plus
6) Microsoft SQL experience a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A BS in
Computer Science or equivalent is desired. As well, candidate must be
working towards technical certifications that demonstrate excellent
technical skills.
