We are currently recruiting for a Network Engineer to join our team
located in our Westminster, Colorado branch office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of a
reliable, secure and fault-tolerant network infrastructure.
• Excellent Experience with Microsoft, Cisco and VOIP is a must
• Develop and maintain network-based systems and organization of
servers.
• Design and administer network perimeter security including the
firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection systems, proxy servers, and e-mail
gateways.
• Evaluate new technologies for compatibility with or enhancement of
the infrastructure.
• Proactively plan and manage network services.
• Coordinate network upgrade, implementation, test plans, and
documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory network guidelines.
• Responsible for platform hardware and software installation,
configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring availability of platform monitoring, with
timely problem identification and resolution.
• Plan for future enhancements and directions of the overall computer
network.
• Act as a high-level technical expert in regards to computer/network
systems and associated hardware.
• Help to identify and effectively communicate technical solutions to
business users.
• Install, configure, maintain, support and manages Microsoft 2000 and
2003 servers across multiple locations, including Active Directory
Domain Controllers, Microsoft Domain Name Servers [DNS], Internet
Information Servers [IIS], Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003, and SQL
servers.
• Install/Configure/Maintain VoIP telephony system.
• Perform root-cause analysis on persistent or major server related
hardware, software & application related problems.
• Design and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, WINS, File and Print Services
based on Microsoft technologies.
• Perform network related administration and troubleshooting
(switching, routing, security, VPN) as needed.
• Be on call and respond to emergencies when assigned.
• Maintain an understanding of the existing infrastructure and its
relationship to the business.
• Perform desktop support until the company grows enough to warrant
hiring desktop support technicians, at which time there would be an
opportunity to manage that team.
• Other duties as needed by the business to include basic computer
troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system/network engineering and administration
experience.
• 2+ years of Exchange 2000/2003 Server Administration and Support
experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 2000 / 2003 administration.
• Knowledge of VoIP telephony systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), domain controllers and
replication, DNS, LAN/WAN topology.
• Experience in configuring, securing, managing and maintaining a
highly available Windows 2000/2003 active directory based environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven
ability to interface with internal/external customers, vendors,
management etc.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as necessary to support
7/24/365 environments.

role of Internet Marketing Manager, the individual will be expected to
perform, but not be limited to, GUI design and modification, Website
development, input on logos and marketing material, command and
implementation of online marketing plans, management of SEO for all
sites, and business analysis as needed. The position will report to
the Senior Marketing Manager, but have accountability to the IT
Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with project leaders and business management to identify and
specify the business requirements for a particular project.
• Create and design new web pages; re-factor web pages or redesign
website to better meet the needs of the company's customers, when
appropriate.
• Maintain and update existing web pages.
• Create all graphics related to internal and externally facing sites.
• Design web page layout, user interface graphics, icons, color
schemes, content, and infrastructure for new and existing web
applications.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Related degree
may be considered.
• Minimum 4 years Web UI development and graphic design experience
including layout/design of web pages.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with graphic design packages
including Adobe Creative Suite 2.
• Minimum 3 years experience working specifically with Adobe Photoshop
and Adobe Image Ready.
• Solid skills and knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript.
• Experience designing for Search Engine Optimization
• Experience with Pay-Per-Click and E-Commerce
• Experience with AJAX is a huge plus.
• Experience with C# and OOP is a huge plus.
• Experience with ASP.NET; ability to add simple functionality such as
navigational functionality to web pages with ASP.NET. One or two years
professional experience is required.
• Experience with source control.

and managers, and ability to easily translate those business
