Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for the Siebel System and Application Administration in the development and test environments. The candidate will be supporting development, functional test teams and performance test teams in the following areas.
System and Application Administration on Siebel 7.8 - includes problem analysis/resolution, server maintenance, creating LOV's, changing system preferences, server parameters, session managers, components groups, request brokers, event logging, application object manager, profile configuration etc.
Perform SRF, BScripts, Repository migration and DDL Sync during regular and off hours.
Deploy workflows along with updating workflow policies.
Provide support in setting up Siebel Mobile clients.
Identify infrastructure and integration issues and work with application development team, middleware team and others to bring resolution to the issue.
Responsible in creating and managing Siebel users in all the environments.
Wellness checks of all webservers, application servers. Respond to calls with the specified service level for rapid response support.
Provide required support to the batch execution team during data loads.
Qualifications
6 to 7 years of experience in System and Application Administration.
Working Knowledge on Unix/AIX/Windows server Administration.
Working knowledge and hands on experience with Oracle 10g is desired.
Knowledge on Informatica, EIM jobs, CA Scheduler.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
Good written and verbal communications.
