GHX - Integration Manager Supplier

Will manage technical projects and relationships around the on-time implementation and deployment of GHX integration and connectivity solutions for Provider and Supplier customers. These solutions include, but are not limited to, Supplier Integrations, G-Fax, and TradingNet.

Will provide sales support to communicate technical details of GHX solutions and the scope of the project to all participants. Will work with Account Managers to ensure a complete and accurate statement of work (SOW) is developed to set customer expectations, and to mitigate the risks of each project.

Will act as a technical troubleshooting escalation point for internal and external customers, as needed.


Principle duties and responsibilities:

· Develops solutions and adapts current technologies to integrate GHX products and services to provider and supplier systems to drive customer adoption, value, satisfaction, and retention.

· Effectively maintains and completes many concurrently assigned tasks, provides ongoing product support, and develops and can communicate their understanding of the integration points and GHX specific setup.

· Assists with Sales and Marketing initiatives by developing technical presentations and documentation and by conveying the technical capabilities of GHX’s products and services to technical and non-technical staff of GHX customers and GHX employees.

· Identifies technical solutions and business processes that enable the reusability of integration solutions to reduce integration timeframes and costs, both internal and external.

· Provides escalated technical support for Account Management, Trading Partner Management, Customer and Application Support, and GHX customers.

· Ensures a complete and accurate Statement of Work (SOW) is created by or in conjunction with GHX Account Managers.

· Creates reports and provides information regarding the status of client integrations on current projects.

· Assists Trading Partner Management, Customer and Application Support, and Account Managers with repeat trading partner boarding.

· Identifies opportunities for third party collaboration and product changes and enhancements.

· Disseminates technical and customer site information to all GHX departments to facilitate the understanding of deployed solutions and ongoing production support.

Required Skills:

· Ability to multi-task and excel in multiple roles as needed (i.e. IT Project/Account).

· Management, Sales Engineering, Escalated Technical Support, Programming and Development, Executive/Customer Presentations.

· IT installation and implementation experience in a material/supply chain environment.

· Well-developed interpersonal skills.

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Proven problem solving skills.

· Ability to adapt to changing environment.

· Ability to work with limited supervision.

· Up to 25% travel possible.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or combination of experience and equivalent work experience.

· Knowledge of specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

· Understanding of EDI/XML data translation software.

· Knowledge of relational database design and applications (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle).

· Command of relevant data standards (i.e. EDI/XML/MMIS proprietary formats).

· Knowledge of connectivity technologies, to include AS2, ftp, ftps, and VANs.

· Understanding of computer hardware, networking, security standards, and communication protocols.

· Healthcare product and industry knowledge.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
