Due to our exponential growth we are seeking motivated Technical
Recruiter
to join our organization. At Rally, you'll be part of a high
performance
team focused on bringing the best brightest talent into this dynamic
organization using best in class process and recruiting methodology.



*Responsibilities: *

Your success will directly impact our ability to deliver world class
products to our growing client list. In this position, reporting to the
Vice
President of Human Resources, you will contribute to building a highly
successful staffing organization ensuring Rally has the appropriate
human
capital to meet our aggressive growth plans. This exciting ground floor
opportunity encompasses all stages of the recruiting process from
partnering
with your recruitment team on recruitment strategy and brainstorming
with
hiring managers to closing the deal with final salary negotiations.
Additionally,
you may be tasked with providing generalist HR support on occasion.


*The ideal candidate will have the following experience and
attributes:*
· 5+ years successful technical recruiting experience in a
software
development environment.
· Experience building staffing infrastructure (process,
methodology).
· Experience with automated Hiring Management systems.
· Proficient with Windows Office Environment (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).

· Experience in behavioral interviewing with strong Internet
sourcing skills.

· Strong track record of recruiting and acquiring top-tier R&D
/ IT
technology candidates.

· Strong skills at developing and implementing creative
recruiting
solutions.

· Must have the ability to understand and articulate a hiring
manager's resource requirements, culture and other compatibility issues
that
are critical to making a successful hire.

· Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate
relationships
across multiple groups within the organization nationwide.

· Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle
coupled
with high candidate presentation to offer acceptance ratios.

· Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

· Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and
negotiation
skills.

· Solid business and human resource acumen coupled with an
ability
to understand technology requirements quickly.

· Ability to influence and build credibility and confidence at
all
levels.

· Strong work ethic and a professional image combined with
high
standards of excellence, tenacity, creativity, initiative, and drive
balanced with flexibility and leadership.

· Ability to successfully work within a highly collaborative
environment.

· 2+ years generalist HR experience.

· BS or equivalent experience.
