Applied Trust is looking for an individual with system administration skills
to fill a permanent, full-time position. Job responsibilities include
working with clients on IT projects and IT operations, with phases that
include design, implementation, assessment, and management. Individuals need
to be highly motivated, eager to learn and have a "can do" attitude. Ideal
candidate should have experience with a breadth of technologies including
Linux, Unix, and Microsoft.
Key contributions of a System Administrator at Applied Trust include:
-Designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems.
-Performing security, performance, and availability assessments.
-Managing and resolving open IT issues.
-Evaluating and implementing new technology.
-Debugging user-reported problems.
-Monitoring systems and networks.
A BS or MS in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering,
or ECE is preferred. Minimum experience is one year working as a system
administrator. Excellent troubleshooting, planning, problem solving, time
management, and communications skills required.

to fill a permanent, full-time position. Job responsibilities include
working with clients on IT projects and IT operations, with phases that
include design, implementation, assessment, and management. Individuals need
to be highly motivated and eager to learn. Knowledge of Cisco enterprise
routing, switching, and security platforms is required. Out-of-state travel
is minimal.
Key contributions of a Network Engineer at Applied Trust include:
-Designing, implementing, assessing, and managing networks that include a
variety of technologies, including Cisco, TCP/IP, Linux, Unix, and
Microsoft.
-Troubleshooting network-related issues.
-Performing security, performance, and availability assessments.
-Managing and resolving open IT issues.
-Evaluating and implementing new technology.
-Debugging user-reported problems.
-Monitoring systems and networks.
-Integrating applications into a high-performance, quality-managed network
environment (includes VOIP).
A BS or MS in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering,
or ECE is preferred, as is a Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification. Minimum
experience is 2 years working as a network engineer. Excellent
troubleshooting, planning, time management, and communications skills
required.
