To add to our team of talented managers, we are currently seeking a TECHICAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER within our Corporate Accounting department. The Technical Accounting Manager will report directly to our Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, and is responsible for various items, including technical accounting research and operational implementation of new transactions/operations/contracts, preparation of related written documentation, and other accounting related special projects on an as needed basis.

The responsibilities of this role include:
* Technical accounting research and operational implementation of new transactions, operations, and contracts.
* Preparation of related written documentation and memoranda.
* Accounting related special projects will be required on an as needed basis.
* Participation in the planning and accounting due diligence related to business development projects and other strategic transactions.
Minimum qualifications to be considered are:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
* CPA license is required.
* 5+ years of public accounting experience or 7+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience.
* Master’s Degree is a plus.
* Experience must also include technical accounting research and related written documentation covering a variety of accounting issues.
* Desire and demonstrated ability to work independently on project related issues.
* Accounting due diligence experience is a plus.
* Proven written and oral communication skills are also a requirement.
* Knowledge of Oracle accounting software and/or FRx Financial Reporting software is desirable, but not required.
* Candidate should also possess a demonstrated ability to interact with management professionals from a variety of corporate disciplines.
* Ability to effectively communicate and establish working relationships with other departments and personnel.
