We are seeking Flash & ActionScript Developers
What You Offer
Experience in developing Adobe Flash interfaces from designer-provided
prototypes using ActionScript 2 & 3. The ability to match a design
as
pixel-perfect as possible. Expertise in integrating Flash with dynamic
data sources via XML or Remoting technologies is key, as well as
attention to the kind of transitions and motion design that give your
interfaces the kind of elegance that makes you the envy of your peers.
What would be really nice would be someone with all of the above who is
also starting to get well-versed in Flex 2.0 and Adobe AIR. These
application environments are on the horizon and we'd like to be there
when they fully arrive. Knowledge of how your tool of choice responds
to
accessibility guidelines is also a plus.

What You Offer
Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical,
transaction-oriented MS SQL Server databases. A team player who will
help our developers to successfully design, test and deploy database
schema, and work with network engineers to successfully install,
maintain, and monitor the SQL servers.
Required:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of MS SQL server DBA experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid Transact-SQL skills
Understanding of SQL Server internals and architecture
Nice to have:
Replication
Security and planning
System tables
Backup/Restore
Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning
Hardware evaluation and purchasing
Large dataset manipulation
Disaster recovery planning and execution
