Purpose:
The Senior Application Developer is involved in the development,
maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle ERP applications. On a daily
basis they will collaborate with staff members, IT colleagues and
other stakeholders to define customer requirements and system
interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and implement
solutions.
Responsibilities:
• The Sr. Software Engineer will provide technical architecture
workflow, design, engineering, reporting and interface support to a
dynamic company in support of their Oracle 11.5.10 implementation.
• Candidate will be required to support senior team members with the
development and maintenance of the logical and physical data models
for enterprise-wide capabilities in relation to Financials, OM,
iModules and workflow development.
• Candidate will be required to help coordinate across organizations
as required to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
within the Oracle Application implementation as well as custom
extensions.
Experience Required:
• Experience in design, development, testing & deployment using OA
Framework in Oracle Apps 11.5.10
• Experience in designing and developing Reports, Interfaces,
Customizations and Extensions components in Oracle Apps environments
• Strong in OA Framework, PL/SQL
• Strong in Oracle Forms, Reports
• JDeveloper, Java/JSP a plus
• At least 5 years experience in Oracle Applications with 1 year
experience in OA Framework; should have worked with Oracle iModules
like OTL, iRecruitment, iProcrurement., SSHR
• Current experience in an 11.5.9 or 11.5.10 version environment
• Strong analysis and design skills with excellent verbal and
written communication
• Proficient in creating and maintaining database objects * tables,
views, packages, functions, procedures and triggers
• Familiar with change and configuration management methodologies,
the Oracle AIM methodology, and project management techniques.
• Develop and maintain application interfaces, reports, conversion
programs and custom functionality
• Ability to translate business requirements into Technical
Specifications, unit test plans
• Ability to prepare detailed specifications, from which programs
will be written, and design, code, test, debug and document programs
• Troubleshooting of production issues, performance tuning,
coordinating with Oracle Support
• Responsible for interpreting functional specifications into
technical design
• Responsible for defining, designing, developing, testing and
maintaining interfaces and/or custom extensions using pl/sql
• Working with Oracle support and development to identify and
resolve issues within the standard applications
• Responsible for design, development and testing of complex
interfaces and extensions
• Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal
skills, work well with others in an integrated team environment, and
must be self-motivated.
• Experience with workflow development
• Prior experience performing database administration tasks
• Prior experience with XML schema development a plus
• Self-starter capable of working effectively with little
supervision

Requirements:
- Technical Developer specialized in Business Applications, more
particularly Onyx.
- Experience with .Net development
- Experience with Customization tools
- Experience with reporting applications: SQL Reporting Services -
SRS
- Experience of T-SQL including stored procedures and triggers
- Experience of developing N-tier architectures
- Experience with SharePoint
Must have the following technical skills:
*VB.NET, Visual Studio .NET , MS SQL Server, .NET, DCOM, ASP.NET,
DHTML, IIS
*MS Office Application development and integration , Active
Directory, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
*XML Web Services
*4+ years Software development experience
