Hello,
We are looking for an entry level "tech" position that preferably has
Telecom experience. This could be anything from a college Jr/Sr to a
person with 2-3 years experience in Telecom.
This person will sit in front of a computer and load data into our
systems. They will also be responsible for calling other Level 3 personnel
to gather data.
OSP Integration specialist: Responsibilities include working with Field
Services teams, gathering fiber and infrastructure data, and entering
information in Level 3 inventory systems (IMS/FMS). Additional duties
may include: work order initation and management, purchase order/invoice
management, and work flow management tthrough Level 3 systems.
Ability to quickly learn and use new and varied web-based
systems/platforms in support of outside plant inventory work. Good working knowlege
of Microsoft Office suite, Excel specificly. Good communication and
written skills as work entails working with all levels of Field Operations
and the NOC. Effective time management in a pressurized environment.
Attention to detail as accurate data depictation is imperative
Engineering or equivalent experience in a telecommunications company.
