About This Job
PaySimple's technology team is looking for new members of our technical staff to work on building quality web and mobile products. You will be part of an engineering team that is working on problems in a number of areas and your primary responsibility as a Quality Assurance Software Engineer will be to work with the development and test engineering teams to create new test harnesses, automate testing, implement new automation tools, and create innovative automated test systems.
Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance Software Engineer to automate testing on mobile, web, API
* Develop framework and tests for mobile automation
* Automate web tests using Selenium
* Conduct research on emerging technologies
* Analyze complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system
* Train and mentor other team member
Required Experience:
Requirements
* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years experience testing software
* Prior experience automating web tests in Selenium
* Prior experience automating mobile testing
* Good working knowledge of scripting languages
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Agile/Scrum experience
Desired
* Familiar with OCUnit testing framework for iOS apps
* Previous startup experience
* Experience with test-driven development and best practices
* Deep knowledge of Internet technologies
* Experience with JIRA
* A strong tolerance for office tomfoolery
