administrating Avaya VoIP.
A well qualified candidate will have the following:
- Administration (Moves, Adds and Changes) Avaya
VoIP platforms (Cisco would be a plus)
- Experience setting up automatic call distribution (ACD, Vectoring)
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise
Pluses:
