What we´re looking for:
A highly motivated individual interested in supporting an experienced,
dynamic and fun Sales team with various initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
The Lead qualification role will manage the early stages of the sales
process through prospect selection, cold calling, activity tracking,
reporting and scheduling for Rally's sales organization. This will be
accomplished by qualifying needs and professionally articulating
Rally's
value proposition. Lead sources include marketing programs,
seminar/events, website downloads and inbound contacts from the web,
phone and
email as well as navigating through large complex accounts,
identifying and
engaging with the right technology decision makers.
Qualifications:
* A strong desire to build sales skills and advance sales career.
* Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and
prioritization skills.
* High aptitude for learning new technologies.
* Exceptional verbal communication and objection handling skills.
* Flexible, reliable, results-oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong computer and Internet skills. Experience with Salesforce.com a
plus.
