The Database Analyst will create and manage strategies and lead development aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by producing accurate effective lists that incorporate all available data including lead tracking, household data, competitive intelligence and predictive models.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Program Manager of Database Marketing and is responsible for the development and implementation of DISH Network marketing campaigns. This individual and will work with cross functional teams to ensure successful development and ongoing management of marketing campaigns.
Drive the development of existing customer acquisition initiatives including:
Movers
International
Referral / Club Dish
Drive proactive marketing initiatives aimed at minimizing the cost of customer additions while driving results to company goals.
Education Requirements:
BS/BA from 4-year college or university. IT or technical marketing degree preferred or related experience. Masters degree / MBA is a plus.
5-10 years of marketing and/or IT related experience

Solid planning skills and tools.
Detail and deadline oriented.
Outstanding proficiency with SQL, database design, SAS and high level of Microsoft Office skills are required with Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
