Oracle Technical Business Analyst
The successful candidate will work within the Business Systems Team focused on the development and maintenance of an online store (http://store.trimble.com) primarily plus a variety of related business applications including SalesForce. We're looking for someone to join a team that strives to develop world class web applications focused on streamlining business processes for Trimble and its customers.

This is a full time permanent position, based in our Westminster office. Trimble is a US based multinational organization and as such this position has a global focus and associated opportunities for growth and travel. The role is focused on liaising with our Heavy and Highway Division to fulfill the following:

• Develop a detailed understanding of the applications in use and share this knowledge and thereby enable team members may develop their understanding. • Transform business requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance for offshore development resource where necessary. • Undertake coding and configuration as required for investigation and development. • Attend to technical issues through the implementation, test and release phases to ensure technical road blocks do not develop.

Our online store is integrated with Oracle Applications 11.5.10 and Oracle SOA Suite 10g, a group of applications produced by Oracle Corporation. Prior experience with these technologies is essential coupled with an ability to develop and keep skills current.

The following attributes are required:

• A practical working knowledge of the development process from defining user requirements, design, implementation, testing, release and monitoring. • Skilled at communicating conceptual designs through written and verbal communication. • Technical experience with the following: o Oracle Applications Modules – iStore, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Accounts Receivable, iPayment, Service Contracts, Installed Base. o Development and web technologies – HTML, Javascript, JSP, Oracle ADF, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SOA Suite, JDeveloper. o Data Integration with Sales Force – The ideal candidate has been involved in a Sales Force implementation and has experience in bringing Oracle Data across to Sales Force (and back).

The position requires a motivated team player with excellent trouble-shooting abilities and a high attention to detail. Successful applicants will be committed to quality and will demonstrate a dedicated, yet flexible approach to work. The candidate will be working in an international environment.
