We are currently hiring a full time Oracle E Business Software Engineer specializing in HR/Payroll for our Broomfield office.

Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for database architecture, data modeling, design and development in Oracle technologies. We are looking for an individual with technical expertise in Oracle 11i with experience in the area of Human Capital Management (i.e. Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Labor, Self Service).

Job Description (includes but is not limited to the following)

1. Detailed technical troubleshooting of day to day production issues.
2. Work on application development projects as well as enhancements and maintenance of existing applications
3. Application architecture and design
4. Data modeling
5. Development of Stored Procedures, Triggers, PL/SQL programs, Workflows, Forms, Reports, Interfaces
6. Participate in integrated system-level tests to comparing actual results with expected results

Skills/Experience:

1. In depth knowledge of seeded Oracle Applications organization and underlying data structures, including HR and Payroll APIs
2. Proficient with SQL Plus, Toad, SQL Navigator, Developer Forms & Reports and Clearcase
3. Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, HTML, Javascript, XML Publisher, Oracle Scheduler, TKPROF and Forms within the context of Oracle eBusiness Suite
4. Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL development, stored procedures and triggers, analyzing query plans and query tuning, partitioning, optimizer hints.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
6. Experience in designing and developing high volume transaction based systems.
7. Experience with Oracle Web Application Programming using PL/SQL

Basic Required Skills:

1. 4-year degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent related experience
2. Requires a bachelor's degree in a specified discipline plus 4+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
3. 4 years software development experience
4. 2-5 years experience in analysis and detailed design documentation
5. End-to-end software lifecycle knowledge
6. Familiarity with and adherence to design and coding standards
7. Ability to adapt to continually-changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes
8. Ability to view long-term strategic direction of development activities
9. Ability to display accountability for team and projects

We are currently hiring a full time .NET Web UI Application Developer for our Broomfield office.

This .NET Application Developer position will be part of a software team focused on working closely with clients and other stakeholders to produce high quality workflow solutions. The .NET Application Developer position will provide business personnel with the ability to query, display, and analyze corporate workflow processes. This position will be required to apply sound solutions framed within the context of enterprise software principles in support of a wide variety of corporate functions and products. Candidate will be responsible for solving a wide array of workflow related business problems through skills as described below. Under general supervision, the BPMS .Net Application Developer will be responsible for the development, unit testing, and deployment of user interface (UI) solutions and enhancement implementations within our BPM Portal application as specified by System Analyst and Lead .NET Developer roles. Additionally, the developer may be requested to assist in problem investigation, analysis, and resolution of newly identified defects. The individual will be responsible for .NET software development within the existing application and work with the entire application team to ensure development conforms to performance optimization and interoperability standards and requirements. The individual should be a fast learner and self trainer.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 4+ years of relevant work experience developing ASP.NET/C# solutions or an equivalent combination of training and experience
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field is required
* Extensive experience with DHTML and multiple AJAX Frameworks including ASP.NET AJAX, Prototype, JSON, JQuery, AJAX Control Toolkit, etc
* Practices simplified, standards-compliant, CSS-driven web mark-up
* Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
* Has strong consistent experience writing custom ASP.NET Server Controls
* Strong understanding and experience in Object Oriented Design and Patterns
* Experience in creation and execution of automated test suites using NUnit
* Knowledge and experience using Microsoft's Enterprise Library
* Experience with SOAP web services implementation using WCF
* Strong knowledge of UML and use cases
* Demonstrated strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
* Ability to adapt to continually-changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes and work on fast-paced, complex projects

Summary

Supports level-of-effort project estimations and execution of tasks for the full project lifecycle. Assists in resolving ad-hoc production support questions/issues for applications and data analysis.

Essential Duties
*Works with customers to detail business and system requirements

*Generates use cases, detailed systems requirements and logical/object data models
*Facilitates project scoping and determination of solution approaches
