former coffin factory in LoDo, we're building some of the highest traffic local search sites in the world – across
voice, wireless, and internet channels – and we're looking for the best and the brightest to grow our team.

Our tight-knit team of engineers develops in Agile with 2 week iterative development cycles, working closely
on multiple projects with other team members to meet aggressive schedules. In addition to writing code to
directly satisfy business requirements, 10% of each engineer's time is allocated to research and development,
including contribution back to open-source software projects.

Skills and Background:

* 4+ years experience with Java in a commercial environment
* 4+ years experience with web development
* Good working knowledge of a Dependency Injection framework (Spring preferred)
* Experience with an MVC framework such as Struts or Spring MVC
* Strong Communicator
* Search Engine experience a plus (FAST, Lucene, etc)
* Background in online search directories, online advertising, or yellow pages a plus
