About the Position and Qualifications
We
are a team-oriented company looking for individuals who can work well
on their own and with team members. The Software Implementation Manager
would be assigned to one of our products and be responsible for the
implementation of that particular product at customer sites. Travel
will be required for this position, but much of it is local to
Colorado.
The Implementation Manager would also be responsible for contract
administration, coordinating data manipulation services (conversions,
mergers, database import/export scripts, managing multiple projects,
and developing customer-specific training programs.
This position is full-time with benefits. There is also more than
one Implementation Specialist Position available. Salary is
determined by experience.
Qualifications Summary:
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with associates,
counterparts and customers.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, manage
multiple priorities, and complete projects on time and budget.
-A
degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a closely related
field. MBA degree or PM certification is also preferable.
-Ability to identify high risk issues within a project and resolve
proactively.
-Ability to prioritize within and between projects.
-Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Desired Qualifications:
-Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly
language.
-Ability to elicit and document customer requirements.
-Knowledge and experience with hardware.
Knowledge of MS-Project (or similar
project management software)
-Linux and MS-Windows Operating system knowledge and experience.

be assigned to a particular product team.
Responsibilities include individual programming, as well as in a team
environment, debugging and documentation. Some interaction with
customers, either via phone or email, may also occur.

Qualifications Summary
-Experience in Java, C++, C#, or .NET development
-A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
is preferable—Must be from an accredited 4-year College or University
-Recent experience with Java
-Strong grasp of Object-Oriented design and development
-Familiar with the following technologies: J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSP,
XML, XSL, XSL:FO,
--Apache FOP or other FO Processor, JBoss or other J2EE Application
Server, HTML, JavaScript
-Experience on both Windows and Linux, and respective platform shell
scripting
-Comfortable and productive in team and individual roles
-Comfortable with customer contact and/or support
-Strong English language verbal and written communication skills.
