Key Functions

Responsible for Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)
communications (e.g. web site, customer communication), developing
and delivering all EPMO training materials for all levels of EPMO
project stakeholders, coaching/mentoring programs, and EPMO career
path/ladder.


Responsibilities

·Works closely with the Director, Process Excellence to craft a
vision for the EPMO's professional development plan

·Designs, develops, and facilitates the deployment of the EPMO's
professional development plan

·Integrates performance improvement opportunities into the
professional development plan

·Periodically conduct analysis to identify learning needs and
outcomes

·Designs and facilitates appropriate curriculum to address the
educational and training needs of the EPMO

·Is familiar with e-learning, web based, and synchronous/asynchronous
learning content

·Develops and maintains a learning database that houses procedural
and training documentation


Skills, Requirements, and Certifications

·6– 10 years of management experience.

· BS Business/BA HR or other relevant Bachelors degree required.
Masters in Adult Education preferred

·5+ years of professional development/training experience

·Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, communication and
project management skills

·Healthcare industry experience preferred

·Proficiency with a variety of learning development tools (i.e.,
Captivate, Contribute, etc.)

·Participation in development, or rollout, of project management
programs

·Experience/participation in development of project management
programs

·Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional systems
design, and other training methodology/concepts

·Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring trainers

·Experience in designing and delivering training programs for
supervisory, middle management, and senior management levels

·Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred

·American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and Styles
certification preferred

·Travel up to 50% (with peak periods) throughout the U.S

Interactions, hand-offs

·Works closely with Director, Process Excellence to stay abreast of
process changes

·Partners with HR to ensure that the EPMO professional development
strategy is aligned with that of Corporate

·Works with communications team to ensure that EPMO communications
are synchronized with those of Corporate

·Collaborates with SMEs and learners through the entire instructional
design process

·Works with all levels of the organization from front-line staff to
senior management.
