Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Position:
This position, reporting to the Store System Development Manager, is to provide store systems development of the Store Systems for Ultimate Electronics. You will provide research, analysis and development focused on optimization of the processes supporting the use of store sales systems and warehouse distribution systems, improving Ultimate Electronics' performance and decreasing process exceptions. The position will proactively identify and implement application enhancements that improve Ultimate Electronics' systems user's productivity. This will be accomplished through partnering with Store Operations, Support Center Training and Distribution departments at Ultimate Electronics.

Essential Job Duties:
o Develop solutions for known issues using application programming
o Work with Ultimate Electronics' store and warehouse management for design and pilot of application changes
o Provide unit testing and integration testing for changes and upgrades
o Document new software bugs
o Document release changes and partner with Training to ensure understanding
o Coordinate, setup and at times run prototype tests of new concepts related to new processes or process improvements in Ultimate Electronics' stores
o Coordinate, setup and run pilot tests of new, or enhancements to, applications and Ultimate Electronics' stores and warehouses
o Assist business units with miscellaneous research and issue resolution
o Train and mentor junior application developers

Initio experience are preferred.
o Extensive Oracle 9i or 10g experience, specifically in the areas of
Partitioning, Index types, SQL*Loader and other Oracle storage parameters that
are useful for loading and utilizing large databases.
o 3+ years experience working with relational databases.
o 3+ years of advanced SQL use (Correlated sub-queries, Unions, Minus,
Outer/Inner Joins, Aggregate Functions, group by and having syntax). Must be
able to read Oracle Explain plans and react to adverse performance plans
accordingly.
o 1+ years experience with PL/SQL, Stored Procedures & Packages and DB

** Divisional issues are typically reported directly by the application user and require time critical resolution by a combination of application knowledge, situation/data analysis and applying existing scripts to resolve known issues.
** Monitoring jobs through Maestro job scheduler and verify jobs are successful or failed jobs are fixed in a timely manner.

Due to our success, we are seeking a high energy, creative Senior
Marketing Program Manager with the ability to create and execute
integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns in support of the company's
sales and marketing goals.



Responsibilities:



* Manage integrated, web-based marketing programs end-to-end
including developing budgets and plans, executing the work, managing
vendors and meeting deadlines.

* Define, produce and analyze key metrics to identify marketing
program ROI and effectiveness.

* Support the sales team in demand generation, customer outreach
campaigns and go-to-market activities.

* Create compelling sales tools and collateral about technical
products and services, including slide presentations, technical
datasheets, case studies and white papers.

* Drive channel and partner marketing activities.

* Develop, manage and execute live and online events for
customers, partners and prospects.

* Travel and participate in trade shows and seminars as
necessary.



Required Skills and Experience:



* The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software marketing
experience in a B2B space, with experience in Software Development
tooling and Software as a Service delivery a plus.
* Prior experience developing B2B sales tools leveraging strong
writing skills particularly with technical subject matter.
* Competitive intelligence, marketing intelligence and research
skills.
* Proven track record of creating and managing successful
programs, including viral marketing, online/web-based demand generation
and partner/channel marketing programs.
* Strong project management skills with both internal and external
partner projects.
* Experience with Microsoft suite and web development software.
* CRM experience with Salesforce.com or past experience managing
PR programs a plus.
* Prior experience working in a highly collaborative, startup
environment, balancing multiple responsibilities is desired.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or
related field.
