RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle EBS applications.​ Work with internal customers to analyze and identify business process and system issues and enhancements for production environments
Gather requirements and develop functional business specifications on priority projects
Configure Oracle EBS applications to resolve issues and support project initiatives
Work with our Quality Assurance team to provide appropriate test cases and scenarios for automated test tools to establish repeatable testing for ERP system upgrades

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and/​or graduate degree
Proven experience in IT business analyst /​ functional analyst role(s)
Accounting experience would be a plus
Minimum 7 years experience with Oracle EBS
Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts
Experience writing business requirements, functional specs, technical requirements, and test plans
In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS especially Oracle R12 and how modules integrate
Strong knowledge of Oracle's core financial modules: Service Contracts, GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, OM, INV, Cash Mgmt, iProcurement, iExpense
Ability to run and analyze basic SQL scripts, XML Publisher
Ability to retrieve and analyze information from various Oracle tables and modules
Extensive experience with financial applications and transaction flow
General accounting knowledge and understanding of business and accounting processes
Experience working with functional business owners
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication
Experience with MS Office (Power Point, Visio, MS Project, Word, Excel)
