NeoCertified - Support Position

NeoCertified Secure Messaging, a growing technology company established in
2002, specializing in data encryption, secure communication and data loss
prevention, specializing in data encryption, secure communication and data
loss prevention is looking to add an entry level Helpdesk/Tier 1 Support
Team member.

This individual will provide first-line support of reported issues.
Initially, servicing support email and phone calls. This person will perform
initial analysis, problem definition, ticket routing and simple issue
resolution. Additionally the team member will handle admin requests from
client-base and basic account maintenance.

Responsibilities:

-Perform issue definition, initial analysis and basic issue resolution.

- Perform initial troubleshooting to determine the nature of the issue.

- Collect basic user and session information.

-Create ticket and log all troubleshooting steps performed.

- Resolve Basic End-User issues.

- Escalate issue to Tier-2 if it requires advanced knowledge or skills.

- Generate requests of additional issue resolution guides as necessary.

Education, Experience and Required Skills:

-        Excellent customer service skills as demonstrated in written and
verbal communication

-        Strong team player, self-motivated and passionate about problem
solving

-        Must be able to manage client expectations effectively

-          6 month in a Help Desk Technician/ Tier 1 Support position or
equivalent professional experience preferred, but not required

-        College degree or technical certification in related field desired

-        Strong Microsoft/Windows background (Win XP, Vista, 7, 8, Outlook,
Word, Excel)

-        Working knowledge of, basic networking topologies a plus.

Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley, and state and federal
electronic communication compliance requirements a definite plus.

Compensation is BOE. Healthcare coverage is available.
