TriZetto - Computer Operator

Computer “Makes a Difference” by:

Provides support to internal TriZetto employees and TriZetto clients by fullfilling Service requests. Support includes answering incoming calls and working assigned incidents with a focus on batch processing and troubleshooting. This position will be required to participate in a 24x7x365 schedule with weekends and nights potentially part of scheduled shift. Must be able to multi task in a high paced multi platform environment with a high quality of work on a high performance team.

Computer Operator “Gets It Done” by:

- Provide customer service support for TriZetto’s internal employees and TriZetto clients.
- Handle incoming customer calls and service requests.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Troubleshoot technical issues while gathering pertinent information to resolve or escalate the problem to appropriate teams

Computer Operator is able to “Get It Done” because he or she has the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 months to 2 years related work experience and experience working in front of computer.

- Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to multitask as priorities change with a high completion and accuracy rate
- Team player who can work well with members of team as well as many teams in organization on a consistent basic during incidents, requests and troubleshooting.
- Individual with goal of Operational excellence and being part of a High Performing team.
